REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Stayed Busy Collection. We value your support and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Return and Exchange

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items MUST be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with the tags attached.

  • To start a return, please contact us at stayedbusycollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift Cards or eGift Cards

  • Custom-printed or personalized products

  • Accessories (such as hats)

3. Refund Process

 

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment methods within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank and payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item (inside the package) arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo of the item.

  3. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping costs, if applicable).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take time before your refund appears).

  3. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please email us at stayedbusycollection@gmail.com.

6. Exchange

If you need a different size, colour, or style, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once we have received the returned item, we'll ship your exchange (subject to availability). Shipping costs to us will be the customer's responsibility, but shipping the new item to the customer will be our responsibility.

7. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
