Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship all orders from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your selected shipping method and destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside Canada, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us at stayedbusycollection@gmail.com with photos of the package, item/s, and order number so we can assist you.
Treat your Gift Cards like cash. Stayed Busy Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized used of eGift Cards.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Preorders or Made-to-Order Items
If you've purchased a preorder or made-to-order item, please allow additional time for processing. Estimated shipping times will be stated in the product description.
