All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify items, prices, or descriptions at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible, but variations may occur depending on your device's display settings.

Gift Cards can only be redeemed for merchandise sold by Stayed Busy Collection (here) and cannot be used at other retailers or website.

3. Order and Payments

 

By placing an order, you agree that:

 

• All information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• You agree to pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (including eGift Cards) that appear to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or violate these Terms.

If your order total exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Gift Cards can be used multiple times until the balance reaches a zero balance.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. Processing time is typically 2-5 business days, with delivery estimates depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

eGift Cards are delivered electronically to the recipient's email address provided at the time of purchase. Also, we are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or invalid email addresses. 

 

5. Returns and Exchanges

 

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Sale or limited-edition items are final sale.

eGift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash or credit.

6. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), including eGift Cards, unless otherwise stated.

 

Stayed Busy Collection Gift Cards do not expire and carry additional service fees.

Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be added at checkout based on your location.

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties and import fees charged by their country.

Gift Cards cannot be:​

• Redeemed for cash.

• Used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

• Transferred, resold, or exchange for store credit.

11. Governing Law
